A place to discuss any and all things Virtual Reality. I’ve recently been able to get back into VR after a long break. Before I had to take a long break, I briefly tested Echo VR, the zero gravity e-sports game thing. The premise of the game is great and I was very interested in it (not the e-sports part, the Ender’s Game-esque environmental interaction scheme) but the game was shut down last year. I’ve looked around for some alternatives but I haven’t been able to find any recommendations made to replace this niche. I’m just looking for zero gravity movement as an interaction scheme. If anyone can recommend a game using this concept I’d greatly appreciate it. Preferably single player (echo-vr + children was… yeah) but I don’t mind multiplayer if anything comes to mind. btw something weird, the store page for echo vr is still up. Meta’s just rubbing salt in the wound lol.
